Frozen prawn sugarcane is a new product produced by Truc Lam Phat Service Trading Co., Ltd. A quality product before being put into processing shrimp paste.
The recipe of the quality prawn wrapped sugarcane

Silver shrimp | 400gr |
Raw spring rolls | 40gr |
Pangasius fillet | 40gr |
Pork fat | 40gr |
Egg white | 1 pcs |
Purple onion | 20gr |
Truc Lam Phat frozen chopstick size sugarcane | 2 bags, 300gr/bag |
Sugar | 2 spoons |
Fish sauce | 1 spoon |
Chilli | 1/2 spoon |
Seasoning | 1/2 spoon |
Salt | 1/2 spoon |
Cooking oil | 300ml |
Processing raw materials
Shrimp after washing is peeled and marinated with 1/2 spoon of salt. Pork fat is washed and diced before marinating with 1/2 spoon of sugar. Then, bring both types into the freezer to wait the ingredients for infusing before pureeing. Waiting for 30 minutes.
Pureeing ingredients
Put shrimp in the blender along with purple onion, pureeing the mixture. Then, add raw spring rolls, pangasius fillet and continue grinding.
Then, add pork fat, egg whites, seasoning, sugar, fish sauce and pepper to the final puree.
Wrapping prawn
Open the bag of frozen sugarcane for shrimp paste of Truc Lam Phat Service Trading Co., Ltd, wash it with water and let it dry. Then, spread cooking oil on your hands to prevent sticking before wrapping the meat in the cane stick.
Steam and fry shrimp paste
Put the shrimp in the steamer for 5 minutes before frying until golden
